ABOUT COPPER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC.

Copper Construction Company, Inc. is a family run, HUBZone Certified, woman-owned small business that was established in October of 2000. We provide general contracting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services in the Southeastern United States region. CCCI specializes in commercial and government projects.

Our clients include federal, state, and local government agencies as well as private commercial businesses. We have the experience, knowledge, and capability to perform and complete projects to EM 385 Standards and LEED Standards. CCCI has successfully completed turn-key Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.

We have performed projects from the Design Phase to the Actual Construction and Completion Phases. We strive to provide outstanding quality workmanship and completion of projects on schedule and within budget.

CCCI holds multiple professional licenses available and/or offered through the States of Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We also have staff members with Architectural and Building Construction Degrees and certifications. This alone differentiates us from other companies.

CCCI has the capability of self-performing the general, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, site utilities, etc. should the need arise.

Tammy Smith

President/Corporate Safety Director of Copper Construction Company

Tammy has been in the construction industry since 1996.  She holds a Bachelor and Master of Architecture Degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design.  Tammy also holds a General Contractor’s license in the State of Georgia as well as over 20 different certifications pertaining to construction.   Tammy performs project takeoffs, day to day operations of the home office, executes contracts, change orders, and purchase orders, works with owners and design professionals, supervises the submittal process, builds proposal packages, and heads up the company’s marketing.

 

 

Sam Page

Vice-President/Corporate Safety Administrator/Project Manager of Copper Construction Company, Inc.

Sam has been in the construction industry since 1994.  He is a graduate of Vidalia High School and attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.  He holds a General Contractor’s license and a Master Electrician license in the State of Georgia as well as over 15 different certifications pertaining to construction.  Sam ensures that safety rules and protocols are being executed and followed on project sites.  He performs project takeoffs, management of projects from NTP to final turnover, executes contracts, change orders, and purchase orders, works with owners, design professionals, and subcontractors, oversees day to day operations with superintendents and project managers on project sites.

 

 

Melanie Page

Secretary Treasurer/Office Manager of Copper Construction, Inc.

Melanie has been in the construction industry since 1984. She holds an associate degree from Brewton Parker College. Melanie also holds a General Contractor’s license in the state of Georgia as well as performs/supervises the accounting department. She also aides in the company’s marketing.
