Project Description:     Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as the prime contractor on this new construction project.  The contract included a pre-commencement phase, construction phase, and warranty phase.  CCCI self-performed the general, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing portions of work while the site work, masonry, interior finishes, elevator, acoustical ceilings, sprinkler system, DDC controls, data and communication systems were subcontracted out to the lowest bidder at bid time.
