Project Description: Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as a subcontractor on this renovation project that achieved LEED Silver certifiable status. The project was a renovation and build-out of seven (7) 19,000 sq. ft. barracks (B25428, B28410, B28432, B28435, B28430, B28433, B25430). Work included lead abatement, asbestos abatement, demolition of the interior, new light gauge metal truss, steel supports for the truss, SSMR, lightning protection, blast film on the windows, storm drainage system, doors, cabinets, kitchenettes, carpet, ceramic tile, VCT, acoustical ceilings, metal studs, sheetrock, painting, toilet accessories, CATV, communication, fire alarm, mass notification, DDC controls, HVAC (2 AHUs, 2 pumps, 96 VAV boxes, piping, and controls), plumbing, and electrical. CCCI self-performed 80% of the work for this project.
