Project Description: Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as a turn-key subcontractor on this underground piping project.  CCCI and Stanley Consultants worked together to supply a design that meet the project requirements and achieved the needs of the user. The project consisted of installing new underground chilled water piping, underground class A steam piping, valve vault, concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving, erosion control, and insulation. CCCI had to install the new piping and demo the existing piping and keep chilled water and steam to the hospital and associated buildings. This project had crucial outages that had to be done to limit the down time for the hospital. CCCI worked closely with USACE and the user to complete this project with limited disruptions to services.
