Project Description: Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as the prime contractor on this mechanical renovation project.  Work included the demolition of existing chiller, boilers, and pumps.  CCCI installed new 200-ton Carrier chiller, two (2) Raypak gas fired boilers, two (2) Taco pumps (one chilled water and one condenser water), new piping and valves as required, boiler vent piping, boiler exhaust fan system, insulation, and TAB.
