Project Description: Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as the prime contractor on this mechanical renovation project. 

Work included the replacement of chiller no. 2 and cooling tower no. 2 with a new 350-ton chiller and cooling tower, chilled water piping, pumps, VFDs, and electrical circuit breakers.  The work was performed during the school year with students remaining in the class.  CCCI self-performed 80% of the work for this project.
