Project Description:     Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as a subcontractor on this renovation project.  Work included the demolition of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, flooring, some CMU walls, lead abatement, asbestos abatement, and slab removal.  New work included the installation of new SSMR, light gauge trusses, roof supports, metal stud walls, sheetrock, ceramic tile, carpet, VCT, ACT ceilings, sheetrock ceilings, doors, louvers, handrails, landscaping, storm drain, lightning protection, bathroom cabinets, closet cabinets, wire shelving, painting, fire alarm, DDC controls, TAB, commissioning, hydronic piping, chemical fuel, electrical, HVAC equipment, ductwork, exhaust system, lights, panels, and site furnishings.
