Project Description:     Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as the prime contractor on this utilities and road work project.  Work included the clearing and grubbing of ten (10) acres, installation of new asphalt roads, curb and gutter, pole lighting, irrigation, entrance signs, cast stone, masonry, storm drainage, turn-around, and kiosk signage.
