Project Description: Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as the prime contractor on this mechanical renovation project that consisted of renovating of an existing 200,000 sq. ft. high school.  Work included demolition of the mechanical system, lights, and ceilings, new cooling tower and frame, 2 new chillers, 3 new boilers, new hot water heaters, replacement of all chilled water pipe, new TU boxes, new light fixtures, switchboards, service and feeders, new generator, and new acoustical ceilings. The work was performed during the school year with students remaining in class and through summer break.  CCCI self-performed 90% of the work for this project.
