Project Description:  Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as a turn-key subcontractor on this new construction project of a mobilization support facility that consisted of a maintenance/storage warehouse with an administrative area, open shelter for maintenance, and a scale house.  The main structure is a new 105’ x 52’ metal building with an office area and storage area.  The facility has six (6) rollup doors to allow easy flow for loading and off loading of trucks.  The facility also included a new exterior shelter open and scale house shelter open.  The infrastructure included utilities, hardstand flex concrete, and secure access requirements.  This project achieved LEED silver certifiable status.
