Project Description: Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as a subcontractor on this renovation that consisted of the repair/renovation and build-out of two (2) 19,000 sq. ft. barracks that included demolition of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, flooring, some CMU walls, lead abatement, and slab removal. Installation of new SSMR, light gauge trusses, roof supports, metal stud walls, sheetrock ceilings, doors, louvers, handrails, landscaping, storm drain, lightning protection, bathroom cabinets, closet cabinets, wire shelving, painting, fire alarm, communication, DPC controls, TAB, commissioning, hydronic piping, chemical fuel, electrical, HVAC equipment, ductwork, exhaust system, lights, panels, and site furnishings was performed.
