Project Description:     Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as a subcontractor on this renovation that included the renovation of two (2) 19,000 sq. ft. barracks.  Demo work included the demolition of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, flooring, some CMU walls, lead abatement, and slab removal.  New work included the installation of new SSMR, light gauge trusses, roof supports, metal stud walls, sheetrock ceilings, doors, louvers, handrails, landscaping, storm drain, lightning protection, bathroom cabinets, closet cabinets, wire shelving, painting, fire alarm, communication, DPC controls, TAB, commissioning, hydronic piping, chemical fuel, electrical, HVAC equipment, ductwork, exhaust system, lights, panels, and site furnishings.
