Project Description:  Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as a subcontractor on this renovation project, which was site-adapt LEED Silver certifiable.  This project was a renovation and build out of a Dining facility that included new foundation, brick veneer walls, light gauge trusses, SSMR, metal stud walls, sheetrock, ACT ceilings, structural steel upgrades, tile floors, cabinets, lockers, new kitchen equipment along with used equipment supplied by Owner, HVAC (2 AHU’s, 4 Makeup AHU’s, vav boxes, pumps, piping, and controls), plumbing, electrical, coolers, freezers and EFIS. CCCI self-performed 80% of the work for this project.
