Project Description:     Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as the prime contractor on this mechanical renovation project.  Work consisted of the renovation of an existing 111,000 sq. ft. middle school that included demolition of the mechanical system, lights, and ceilings, new cooling tower and frame, forty-nine (49) new water source heat pumps, new plate heat exchanger, two (2) new boilers, replacement of all loop water pipe, new TU boxes, new light fixtures, and new acoustical ceilings.  The work had to be performed in 7 weeks over the summer and be back in operation for the start of school.
