Project Description: Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as a subcontractor on this renovation project.  The building was built to meet Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) requirements for military use. Project consisted of new foundations, block wall with EPDM roof, Electrical, HVAC, site work, STC 50 doors, ACT ceiling, metal stud wall with RF Shielding, and carpet. The project required constant work with the Owner due to security issues. CCCI self-performed 90% of the work for this project.
