Project Description: Copper Construction Company, Inc. (CCCI) served as the prime contractor on this renovation project.  Work included the renovation of the interior and exterior of an old Winn Dixie grocery store to transform it into the new annex. This building holds the City of Vidalia Police Department, city council chambers, and a municipal courtroom. The scope of work includes interior demolition, site demolition, concrete masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, aluminum storefront, doors, frames, hardware, roofing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, miscellaneous specialties, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, asphalt sealcoating, site concrete, and landscaping.
